Boarding a boat for a river trip on an arm of the Mekong, passing by the islets covered with a luxuriant flora. Stop on an islet, visit the coconut confectionery factories: sweets, popcorns, rice cakes etc ... then walk in the orchards; Stop in a house of inhabitant for a tasting of tropical fruits. You will attend the presentation of songs and music typical of the Mekong Delta. Lunch at the local restaurant with specialty: fish Elephant elephant. On the way to Can Tho. Having dinner. Breakfast. Early in the morning, boat trip to one of the largest and lively floating market "Cai Rang". This market is open all day, merchandise boats, small canteen boats, wholesale buyers, in detail, can be compared as a market on land, a particular culture of the Mekong Delta. Return to land then transfer to Saigon for flight to Danang. Lunch on the way. Arrival in Danang, welcome and transfer to Hoian. Dinner at the restaurant in town. Overnight at the hotel.

Visit on foot to the small village of Hoi An, also famous for its beauty and unique architectural diversity in Vietnam: many wooden houses, Chinese traders' buildings, pagodas, Chinese and Vietnamese temples, Japanese bridge. Lunch during the visit. Visit of a house made of natural silk and products based on silk. Participation in a lantern manufacturing yard with the premises. Breakfast. Welcome and transfer to Hue, passing through the Cloud Pass. (03 hours by car). Stop for the beach Lang Co. Arrival and then lunch in a beautiful restaurant. Guided tour of the CITADELLE built from 1802 under the orders of the first Emperor Gia Long. The site was selected according to geomantic parameters. The citadel was inspired by the fortifications of Vauban. It is composed of three parts the capital city (Kinh Thanh), the imperial city (Hoang Thanh) and the forbidden city (Cam Thanh). It was largely destroyed in 1968 during the Vietnam War. Walk to the Dong Ba market, specialty of the conical hat. Dinner in town. Royal costume dinner (minimum 10 participants). Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast. Boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda, or Celestial Lady Pagoda, then continue to the village of Thuy Bieu Grapefruit, visit this village by bike to the old temple dedicated to the genius of the village, a local school, Rice mills, a small silk painting factory. Discover the daily life of the peasants here, very calm. Then homemade cooking classes: preparation of Nems, Vietnamese crêpes, grilled fish with banana leaves ... then foot massage with medicinal plants. Lunch in an orchard. Return to visit the tomb of King Tu Duc, then a village of sticks of incense. Dinner and embarkation on board the overnight train for Hanoi (without accompaniment of the guide). Overnight in air-conditioned bunks.
Breakfast in basket. Arrival in Hanoi around noon. Welcome and transfer to the hotel. Lunch at the restaurant in town. Afternoon orientation tour: Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Pagoda, Temple of Literature, first University of Vietnam. Walk in cyclo drive in the old neighborhood of the 36 streets and corporation. Fish specialty dinner "Cha Cá" in Hanoi. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. External tour of the mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, his house on stilts, the pillar on a single pillar. Then leave for Ninh Binh. Lunch, then excursion to Tam Coc, boat trip on the river which winds between karst hills and rice fields of the wonderful landscape "The Bay of Ha Long Terrestrial". Ninh Binh specialty inertia: the famous grilled goat dish. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the famous Halong Bay. Embark on a beautiful junk with seafood lunch, for a 5 hour cruise in the Bay until dusk, it crosses the bay passing between numerous islands and rock formations covered with vegetation, visit of a Very beautiful cave.
