DAY 1 (WEDNESDAY): HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City - Saigon, our guide will pick up and transfer to your hotel. (Check-in at the hotel from 14:00). Free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 2 (THURSDAY): HO CHI MINH (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
08:30 Our guide will pick you up at the hotel for the discovery of Ho Chi Minh City, economic capital of Vietnam. Enjoy the orientation tour of the old colonial districts, the Central Post Office, the exterior of the Reunification Palace and Notre Dame Cathedral. Walk to Ben Thanh Market, and Saigon Opera House.
Afternoon discover the Chinatown - Cholon including the Oriental medical district, Cha Tam Church, Silk Street.
Cruise dinner on the Saigon River.
Night at the hotel.
DAY 3 (FRIDAY): HO CHI MINH - MEKONG DELTA - CANTHO (165 KM) (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Departure for My Tho, Mekong Delta, a vast network of thousands of channels characterizes life in the Mekong Delta which covers 40 000 Km². Visit a Caodaist Temple. Then boarding for a cruise in the Mekong Delta. Arrival on an island, tasting seasonal fruits that are harvested in the orchards. Visiting a candy factory with coconut, horse carriage riding in the village.
Specialty lunch of the region: Elephant Ear fish. Road to Can Tho, the largest economic city of the Delta.
Dinner with tasting of a specialty of the Mekong Delta.

DAY 4 (SATURDAY): CANTHO - HO CHI MINH - DA NANG (BREAKFAST, LUNCH) - LOCAL FLIGHT HCMC / DA NANG
Morning walk in sampan, small traditional boat to discover the floating market of Cai Rang. Discover the way of life of the South where the inhabitants of the region live and trade totally on the water.
Lunch at local restaurant located in the heart of a lotus garden.
Back to Ho Chi Minh in the afternoon. Arrive Ho Chi Minh City, transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for the flight to Da Nang.
Arrive at Da Nang, our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to Hoi An.

DAY 5 (SUNDAY): HOI AN (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
This day is devoted to original bike rides around Hoi An. Our guide will take you to places away from the usual tourist visits, little known places, which retain their charm and authenticity. Then, always by bike, we go to the Tra Que Vegetable Village. There are about 20 types of vegetables and grass including mint, basil, coriander, salad, etc. There is no pesticide used here; Their natural fertilizer comes from a sort of algae collected in the canals. Walking in the village of Tra Que, where the cultivators talk to you about their method of cultivation, the use of medicinal plants etc.
Return and lunch preparation together with the family: crunchy pancakes, Hoi An Nem, grilled fish in banana leaf.
After lunch, relax with foot massage with herbal medicines, a traditional therapeutic practice.
Back to the ancient city of Hoi An, we note during the visit of Hoi An the perfect state of conservation of a large number of houses including the famous Tan Ky house. Visit the old parts of the city: the Fujian Shrine, Phuc Thanh Pagoda, Phuoc Kien Communal House, the old wooden houses and the Pagoda in Japanese bridge.

DAY 6 (MONDAY): HOI AN - HUE (160 KM) (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Departure to Danang, a mountainous region where marble is extracted. Visit the village of stone sculptors to appreciate the skill of craftsmen. Continue to Hue via the famous Hai Van Pass from where you will have a beautiful view over the peninsula of Lang Co.
Arrival in Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam and cultural capital classified as World Heritage by Unesco since 1993. The city was built by the Nguyen dynasty.
In the afternoon, visit the Imperial City.
Enjoy the Royal costume dinner (minimum 10 participants).

DAY 7 (TUESDAY): HUE - HA NOI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH) - NIGHT TRAIN HUE / NINH BINH
Enjoy boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Then visit the Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc.
After lunch, discover the village of manufacturers of conical hats and incense sticks. Walk to the Dong Ba market.
Transfer to Hue train station for the night train to Ninh Binh. (4 berths / cabin).
Overnight on train.

DAY 8 (WEDNESDAY): NINH BINH (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Breakfast on train.
Morning arrive at Ninh Binh province – one of the ancient capitals of Vietnam in the 10th century.
Welcome and transfer to your hotel.
Visit the magnificent site of Hoa Lu, also called the "Ha Long Bay on land", a stroll in a haven along the limestone rocks at the edge of the rice fields, a wonderful landscape, where scenes from "Indochina" movie. Embark on small traditional sampans for a visit in Thung Nham, surrounded by rice fields, natural caves and limestone peaks, enjoy a bike ride around the village.

DAY 9 (THUSDAY): HOA LU - HALONG BAY (197 KM) (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Depart to Ha Long Bay. Embark on a boat to visit Ha Long Bay in 5 hours, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994.
Lunch on board with seafood.
Visit the magnificent cave and enjoy Ti Top Beach. Return to the port. Transfer to the hotel.

Embark on a boat to visit Ha Long Bay in 5 hours, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994. Stop in one of the natural cave Sung Sot to visit and admire Ha Long Bay with the grand view. Relax on the beach of Ti Top Island on Ha Long Bay. Enjoy lunch and dinner of seafood on board.
Overnight on board in Ha Long Bay. Continue cruising in Ha Long bay in next morning, Brunch will serve at 10:00 AM, check out the cruise at 11 AM and re-join the group then back to Hanoi in the afternoon.
DAY 10 (FRIDAY): HALONG BAY - HANOI (160 KM) (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Free morning to walk around in the village of Ha Long. After lunch, drive to Hanoi, with a stop at Dong Trieu, known for its workshops as ceramic craftsmen. Transfer to the hotel. Enjoy the water puppet show.

DAY 11 (SATURDAY): HANOI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Hanoi, a real museum of colonial architecture on the edge of the Red River. Capital of Vietnam, Hanoi has retained the old-fashioned charm of the French colonial era. Visit outside the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, its former residence, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, 1st University of Vietnam.
Then enjoy the cyclo tour in Hanoi, an original and relaxing way to apprehend Hanoi. Discover Hoan Kiem Lake located in the heart of the old city and walk through the busy shopping streets of Hanoi. Visit the Jade Temple, located on Hoan Kiem Lake. Free time for a personal discovery of the shopping district of 36 Old Streets.
